Form

Form option displays the existing forms and you can also edit, delete, download and copy the existing form. You can also create new form, import/export the forms.

Create New - To create a new form, click on Create new button, a popup will open, in which you need to put form name and click the Create button. After click on the Create button, it will redirect you to the form edit screen. There are multiple settings available on the edit screen.

On the edit screen, you have to click on the plus button to add the columns. You can resize these columns by clicking on arrows which are available in the top left corner of the column. Now you can drag the input fields from the left panel of the screen to the column. Each input field have their own settings, that can be customized.

Form Render as You can use form either as a Contact form or Newsletter. For that you just need to select an option from the dropdown.

Mail With this setting, you can edit the mail template.

Messages In this, you can add Success, Error, Validation, Required, Email validation message here.

Additional Settings With this, you can customize the Button and Input Field design.

Form Data

Form Data shows the data of the forms.

Templates

Template options display the pre built templates, that can be used in any existing page or in new page.

How to Use Existing Template

Step 1 Hover on the template, that you need to use, you will see edit icon.

Step 2 On clicking, you can either create a new page or select the existing page.

2.1 If you have selected "Select Page" option, then you need to select the particular page from the dropdown and click on Add button. After clicking, you will be rdirected to Elementor's editor screen in which you can customize it as per need.

2.2 If you have selected "Create New Page" option, then enter the page name and click on Add button. After clicking, you will be rdirected to Elementor's editor screen in which you can customize it as per need.

Create New Template

Step 1 To create a new template, click on Create New Button at top right corner. A popup will open where you need to enter page name and click Add New button.

Step 2 After that, you will be redirected to editor's screen where you can design the page using pre built shortcodes.

Step 3 Once designed completely you can check it under the pages section of WordPress dashboard.

Autoresponders

This setting shows the available Autoresponders. Click on the Autoresponder that you want to connect, and enter the required information.

How to Connect Autoresponder to Form

Step 1 Navigate to Forms, and click on edit icon.

Step 2 Select the Form Render as Autoresponder

Step 3 Then select the Autoresponder, Lists, Name Field and Email Field. After that click on Update Form button.
