It is simple to set up and features an interactive dashboard that functions with any WooCommerce store without any issues. Every feature of the Plugin is editable and customizable.
The Virtual Review plugin has the facilities where you can add Bulk Reviews, Single reviews and Canned Reviews. It also comes with the Reply option and contains settings allows you to manage reply text on the basis of ratings. You can also add your custom replies in it.

Installation

Plugin Installation
Steps of Installation
Step 1 Login to your website (WordPress admin) .
Step 2 Navigate to Plugins >> Click on Add New.
Step 3 Click on Upload Plugin button.
Step 4 Browse to the virtualreview zip file and choose that file.
Step 5 Click “Install Now” button and wait while plugin is uploaded on your server.
Step 6 Now, Activate the plugin by clicking on "Activate Plugin" button.
Step 7: Once it will get Activated you will see Virtual Review icon on WordPress dashboard.
Plugin Options
Virtual Reviews
Virtual Review option allow you to add the Bulk Review and Single Review.
Bulk Reviews - In this you can enter the number of reviews need to add on each product, select the categories of the product and date range.
Single Review - In this setting, you can select the date, ratings (on which review needs to be added), Author Name, Product Name( this field is provided with Ajax search, so it will show list of products that match the letters or name you enter).
Canned Review
With Canned Review setting, you can enable/disable canned reviews, Auto select 5 star option, and also enter Auto Fill Review and Canned Reviews.

Reply Settings
Reply settings allows you customize the response on the Reviews. It allows you to select users and can customize the response for each individual rating (like 1star, 2 star, 3 star, 4 star, and 5 star). You can also manage whether to use the setting for Virtual and Real Reviews or not.
Once the response sent to a particular user then that user name will not show in the Select Users setting.
Settings
Setting tab is for Virtual Reviews. With this, you can select Author, Reviews and Ratings
