Welcome! Here’s the insight to our Support policy on the products sold over TemplateBundle

A. General Information  

This policy explains support-related questions and defines issues covered under support. 

B. Support Time

B.1. Free support

The General free support plan covers all purchased digital items, except services. Every customer on this Marketplace gets free support during the first 6 (six) months starting from the purchase date. The purchase date is the date the customer creates the purchase order.*

*The support term can expire even if the client purchased the product but didn't download it from the admin panel or has not used it for some time after completing the order.

B.2. Extended support

You can prolong/renew your free support time for another 12 (twelve) months by choosing *Extend support* option given on the website, which varies for template and theme 

Support includes:
 

            ✅ Answering technical questions about item’s features

            ✅ Assistance with reported bugs and issues

            ✅ Support via chat, messages, mail only
 

Support does not include:
 

            ❌ Customization services

            ❌ Installation services

            ❌ Hosting, server environment, or software

            ❌ Help from authors of included third-party assets
 

NOTE:

1. Assistance over phone (or any other remote access software) will be charged at $10 USD/hour.
2. Customers are not allowed to return or get refunds for products they have purchased.
 

C. Premium Products:

Premium products are excluded from the ‘Lifetime Unlimited offers’ or ‘Special Offers’ that are given on account of any festival. You have to purchase Premium products separately at the price mentioned specifically on such products.

 

D. Product License 

D.1. Regular License

1.The Regular License delivers  you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, international license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected.

2.You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one customer (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.

3. You can create One End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.

4.You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, as long as the End Product is distributed for Free.
 

D.1 (a) Things you cannot do with this Item:
 

• You can’t Sell the End Product, besides to one client. (If you or your purchaser prefer to Sell the End Product, you will need the Extended License.)

• You can’t redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item both on its very own or bundled with different items, and even if you regulate the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make reachable the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These matters are no longer allowed even if the redistribution is for Free.

• Although you can alter the Item and consequently delete undesirable components earlier than developing your single End Product, you can’t extract and use a single element of an Item on a stand-alone basis.

• You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
   

D.2. Extended License
 

1. The Extended License promises you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, international license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. 

2. You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one customer (a “single application”), and the End Product can also be Sold.

3. You can create the End Product for a client, and this license is then transferred from you to your client.

4. You can Sell and make any number of copies of the single End Product.
 

D.2 (a) Things you cannot do with this Item:
 

• This license is a “single application” license and not a “multi-use” license, which means that you can’t use the Item to create more than one unique End Product.

• You can’t redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item both on its very own or bundled with different items, and even if you regulate the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make reachable the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These matters are no longer allowed even if the redistribution is for Free.

• Although you can alter the Item and consequently delete undesirable components earlier than developing your single End Product, you can’t extract and use a single element of an Item on a stand-alone basis.

• You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
   

E. Offers and Obligations
 

- Occasionally There are offers running across the site on account of a few Major festivals. Like Lifetime access or Yearly access offers

- Users will be able to download only those number of products  that were available at the time of subscribing to such offers.
